As mentioned I have been doing this for over 20 years single family homes to working for three of the largest multi-family companies in Columbus.

They have itin number, been in the the states for 8 years and have paid taxes and will to provide tax returns.

With the Hawaii market, will it be smart to be negative for a few years and let appreciation catch up?

The percent distribution of 1/2/3/4 guest stays are almost identical between the 2 years. 2 guest stays make up 2/3s of my stays, with 3 and 4 guest stays being in the single digit percent. 

However, I read that Airbnb places a max of 90 days you can rent out your property as a STR and will disable your listing once the max is reached for the year.

., but my plan was to keep adding 1/2 single family's a year.
