Best thing to do is probably track the boiler line and measure surface temperature with a laser gauge until you find the spot that freezes.

Vacation rentals would look, on the surface, as being the better bet, but the purchase price of property that will be successful as a vacation rental is 3x to 4x as high -- and with vacancy, you are not going to get 3x to 4x the rent.UHH students tend to stay as close to the University as possible.

Yup, see that one all the time, and that personality type makes for a nightmare client to work with even if their FICO isn't an issue (these folks also can't send you paperwork in a timely fashion once in escrow, always with an excuse, and then they get mad when closing is delayed, etc, you get the idea).
