Just like real estate, if there’s a recession things will slide, it gets tougher, but if your recruiting contacts can’t earn today...then they’re like the swaths of unsuccessful realtors that (also) can’t cut it in a commission industry 🤷🏻‍♂️🤣

Hello fellow investors,I am a new member to this community and have spent the past 8 months soaking in the fantastic advice from the educational material and lurking user posts.My experience is limited to living in and renovating my east medford home which I subsequently flipped (did much of the renovation myself) and recently upgraded to a larger west medford home.I have spent a lot of time digging through all of the major online MLS online resources to track down reasonably priced local properties to begin building a rental portfolio.

However, buy owning the lien, you then have the right to buy subsequent liens, including the property taxes if they are not paid, and you earn 18%!

Subsequently, they may schedule a showing. 

I would like to first setup a small business that manages the passive income from the rent payments of an initial SFH purchased, and any subsequent SFHs to follow after being acquired.

The increased demand for rental properties subsequently causes rents to rise.

That has a sliding scale, but is 35% for anything over $10K.

Am I a SOB for not letting her slide on the rent?

If S had not enclosed the deck area and brought an inspector out there, things might be sliding by with everyone paying as agreed.

There is a (current) mortgage on the property, but agent didn't know that amount.Instead of checking my own marketing database while on the phone, I subsequently check after hanging up and see that my probate marketing has reached this same estate address.So ....
