I kind of like that about our model though: we are partnered with the investors success.

They also may need some "help" getting out of their home so I've begun partnering with small business owners who have de-cluttering programs.  

I am still trying to gain knowledge about the different loans out there and what would work for us, We would hope to network enough and find an investor to partner with that can help us on the financial side.

It's not the same thing to show you the house and then have you tell your money partner about it.

I have not invested in Globe, but I have look at deals there, but I have invested in Nogales, Florence and Douglas which are very desert, small towns, when I drop $450k in Douglas my partners taught I was crazy, buying a 12 units, well I was crazy happy that I was Cash flowing great money and now just sold it, so I bought in Nov 2011 $450k sold in March 2016 $670k which made me a bit happy, never put a penny into it either. ( my partners now call me desert king and I like the term )

My college and potential partner,have good credit score (~750+),but he had a public record.The record is account paid,but information is still in his credit report and it is said the record will not removed until 2019.My concern is that can he still get mortgage from lenders?
