So, in the Operating Agreement, you can break down activities and require unanimous consent by all partners to do or not do do something, you can have other activities that only require a vote upon notice by a certain number of partners, then, some activity may be conducted without consent of any other partner or, perhaps with consent of a minority, like 2 of 5.

., what you may be calling our generousity as a nation many call payoffs for political influence, if you look deeper into what we pay the Afgans for example is not charity, it's payoffs for us to do things, conduct business, have access to our holdings and now for our troops.Why is it that east Africa has gotten so little aid from the US, if we placed the contributions of charity on needs, they would be alot better off, but as they said in the movie, no one cares about Africa.

It's just my opinion that trying to collect big deposits and rents gives a negative view about how I conduct business, going beyond what is usual and customary might work on a few, but seems to me it says more about not trusting, hedging against the reality of working with people, that in the future the LL may be unreasonable.
