The biggest problem facing most cash flow investors, is that there are only select areas of the country where you can usually find cash flow properties that will do anything other than take cash flow out of your pocket.

A direct request where you ask the person to act (to call, visit a website, etc).You could have more than one card if you wanted to segment your target market and then use specific cards for specific purposes.At some level do not ask the card to do more than it can do.

If you want to go check it out just call and they'll schedule you for a walk through - show you the pricing and selection, but be prepared for a hefty sales pitch.
