I checked this blog post here, and they said that any Canadian cozy.co is a scam and should be avoided. 

I consider myself to be pretty savvy and, thus far, have been able to spot and avoid being scammed.

And if you all think this was a scam? 

As far as changing the brake fluid, that is a scam even in cars that use brakes.

Most college “educations” are a scam in my opinion and kids rack up huge debts and start at a $37,000 a year job.

It seems you want to take shortcuts AND scam the system.

The best advise I heard besides solid references,financials, is by@ENGELO RUMORA Who says that you should email the party and tell them you are thinking of investing in the next year.If they stop communication then you know it could be a scam.

He is a fraud- 100%.He tells others to not own their home, but he made his start in MF when he sold his personal home.He admits he made his money on scamming people in the "idea" of success via his meetups.He says things like "Not interested is a level of interest".He sues people who expose him for being a fraud, and he loses."

Although I absolutely believe some ask because they hope to hustle the "inexperienced" landlord,  I know for a FACT that some want to know that you actually own the place and they are not being scammed .
