@Derek Shearin we rolled in all expenses in our NNN deals including insurance, common area maintenance, property mgt fees, etc.

I know less then zero about real estate (and real estate investing) in London unfortunately, but I will say that your planned rent vs property price would fail a common test in the US called the 1% rule.

Also if a rental, you'll need to look at rent rolls, leases, etc. 

But it's always hard to tell up front, sometimes you just have to take a car for a test drive, so you know how it performs.. 

APartments.com is typically used for larger properties, but you can occasionally find small properties listed there too.As for expenses, when you find a property you like, ask the listing agent for a detailed P&L and rent roll.
