I know RentRedi uses Latchel but the reviews I have read have left a few concerns.

You need to review the mortgage and title commitment for what parcels and legal description are included in the mortgage you took out.

The other 1% are constantly reviewed by licensed Realtors, large wholesalers spending $20,000 monthly for marketing, numerous platforms and services selling leads, fix n flippers, syndicators, investment funds,  and “opportunistic” buyers such as myself with millions of dollars in cash to close any discounted deal in less than 48 hours, if need be.  

I'm always looking to connect with experienced investors in the Lebanon Area, and often they want to make a deal when they are ready to exit their investment.

I know it's not connected to the BP Rehab tool anymore, which is unfortunate, but the AI it was powered by is called "Kukun".You can still make free estimates there similar to the BP tool, but it limits you to I believe less than 10 "rooms" per project.

Just a few ideas...make connections here at BP, go to local investor meetups, use social media like LinkedIN to make new contacts.
