All of my education, research and experience have led me toward commercial real estate investing, with a specific focus on Multi-Family.

They must of recently changed that because I researched that a few months ago and talked to an attorney and that seem to be the loop hole being that we as investors aren't selling anything.

I'd suggest researching who the top local employers are.

Deduct an appropriate amount from what you think it will return.All that said, if you have plenty of other investments to make you comfortable and you are simply intrigued with owning a large manufacturing facility in Wisconsin I say do as much research as possible and then go for it.
