@Brian Garrett - You are correct - I have not yet inspected the property but I'm assuming ~$200K or so for 8-10 buildings.

I'm not sure I am analyzing the numbers correctly.

They will for sure be more expensive in one shot, but when installed correctly, 99 time out of 100 vinyl will outlast carpet.
