While they were at it, I had them do the two properties in-between ours: one is another rental; the other is an elderly lady whose health is deteriorating.Today, I went over to place snow shovels at the two properties and noticed that the neighbour landlord had trimmed all of his trees that were overhanging our roof.

I believe this is addressed in How to Use Limited Liability Companies & Limited Partnerships by Garrett Sutton.It depends on what you want to do, but the S-Corp can pay health care benefits, etc. and hire you and your family as employees, with benefits, etc.

Dropbox is a great file sharing service, but if you are producing "living documents" that are being regularly updated and shared then it's not so good.
