When this happens any slight downturn in the market or increase in interest rates creates a snowball effect of defaultsBy 2020 many analysts predict with interest rate hikes and some slowing of the economy to buckle up as we may go on another wild ride

It's impossible to time the market and can't predict the future.

So like whats happening now in the market place on the retail end.. and for those reasons I am not predicting a big bubble pop...

Fact is this crowd hates the concept of a predictable 9 to 5 culture and these folks are predominantly ambitious and career minded.

Standard rentals provide a lot more stability and predictability, not to mention service provider options. 

Would love to hear the experienced predictions...
