It's generally not the auction platform itself, when it comes to months of delays.

But sometimes keeping these holes filled, we have had to partner with 17 different platforms ontop of our existing marketing to keep us full.

We are currently on about 14 different social media platforms and I can support this 100% in saying a majority of our investors - buyers and even some sales of our finished product homes have sold from our social media presence. 

Just wondering if anyone else uses there platforms.

As to my comment about profitability, this stems from your plan to have an in-house CPA and general counsel...once you have several thousand units that might work, but if you do this too soon you'll spend everything you earn on staff.

I have been on this platform for a few years and really like some of the connections I have made here.

The decision itself stems from a case that involved an attempt to quiet the title on a home purchased at a HOA foreclosure auction.

I still am active in other cities in Alabama, A lot of the crowd funding platforms to not operate in the state yet.
