Here in Columbus in a $150k neighborhood with houses built in $1990 or newer, you could do very well being the nicest house on the block.  

That may very well be what it means.  

Anyone who charges you cash fees you better be very sure they are legit and you can verify it otherwise it could very well be scam or a company that makes money on processing loans and does very few of them.

If you purchased the house in an LLC for asset protection or to limit liability a personal guarantee may well be a big deal.

If there is someone on the other end now you are talking 400 bucks each they might as well be working at Mcdonald's.In my area it is typical for that to be offered to leasing agents for houses to rent.

Help yourself and learn the business by physically being able to go to the property, manage it, AND the tenant.

I'm looking for help in terms of seeing the property and getting more information on the property so I can then make a more informed decision without me physically seeing the property.
