The individual agents/teams within the brokerage are the ones that set out to establish a niche to work with investors.If you're looking for a broker primarily focused on working with investors, you may want to speak with commercial brokers and agents.

I would say Ohio in Middletown or Akron and would more than likely spread that $1M over 2-3 properties. 

Invasion of privacy, unclean and rude house members, maybe if they do drugs or smoke or are party animals, unwanted friends of theirs visiting at odd hours, clashes of personality

I went to school to be an engineer because I thought this was the way over real estate.

In total we have over 4K units.  

The park is out state and my partner owns two other parks in the state.
