I suggest getting referrals from other investors for inspectors that really dig into the details.

Without digging into any details, AirDNA considers Columbus, GA, an "A" market with 359 active rentals, and STRInsights has it in the top 20 towns in the state for ROI and a medium size STR market.

I'm thinking of at least partially digging in and finishing the basement to create a shared amenity area, or designate part of the basement to the first floor unit.

I would also like to spend my time digging water wells or teaching people to farm and become self-sustaining. 2.

Everything looked great until I did some digging into the neighborhood and discovered it is across the street from a massive HUD/public Senior Housing Development.I had hopes of modernizing the building and force appreciation.
