I can tell you sellers in our neighborhood have been reducing their asking prices lately, so that's not a good thing.

I can laugh now but it was a mess.It's a lovely Nantucket bungalow now and the envy of the neighborhood.

It is a very nice home, outside is well kept and in a great neighborhood; the only other problem is that there is no access to get in and check out the inside.

It started off with a very motivational background which certainly pulls your interest in.The find it chapter was extremely helpful it came up with good techniques and it told you how to put together your "team".The Fix it part also had great insider tips, different styles, ways to maximize profit.The flip it part was a little vague, there was good detail in closing a contract but it seemed to be lacking a few things and just touched over other more important parts.I'd definately recommend the book it does a great overall background in flipping from start to finish.

I’d like to make my first deal and plan on living it in for at least two years fixing it up and adding to its value.So, here’s the deal I found this week, a place in an up and coming neighborhood which is on a long 50x126 lot and has a building in the back which the current owner is turning into a small one bed room apartment upstairs (big enough for me for now) and a small studio apartment downstairs.

Those articles in the Charlotte Observer show entire neighborhoods that have many many foreclosures and values dropping as buyers struggle with those subprime loans.

It is specifically designed architecturaly, as a Hotel first and foremost with Hotel Style Suites which are normally larger than regular residential units.

That wouldn't be my style, I would just wait until about a month before the auction.....but that's just me.
