I was just thinking...If you find a suburb with consistent growth, growing number of jobs and diversified industries, a nearby bustling metro, talks of public transportation... would you build an airport?

One of the reasons I am considering CRE financing is because it seems that CRE is largely listings based, meaning, it seems like most brokers want agents to focus on listings, and like I said, it is much more natural for me to be a buyers agent.

I have posted a few times and I will admit that I have not read all the rules so I am going to post carefully.... hand one "flagged" in the past but no understanding as to why.I have been investing in RE for many years in a passive nature but just sold a couple of homes that were deprecated out and made some good money and thought.... if I had only had done that x 10 I would be set.I recently attended a $250 3 day event after attending a free 3 hour event. 

Grow the page as you go, use ppc,add content, link it to everything, ig stories are great.

Note investing by nature changes greatly from year to year in terms of laws and regulations.

Cash on cash return - grow your portfolio - appreciation - monthly passive income etc...?

Aside from the bulk discount pricing on material, savings on labor with dedicated professional, multi disciplined crews and the general passive nature of building safe investments and organic wealth is our rational and I am sure the rational of any established turn key provider.  

An IRA is an individual retirement arrangement, and quite permanent by nature. 

Eventually you will grow out of that and start leveraging your finances using equity you have in your portfolio and using banks and private lenders
