If you are scaling up production beyond what you can pay for, you have to bring someone else in or else the pile on your back will get higher and higher, as will the responsibilities of running 3 flips at once.

Very few things in life come to anyone completely naturally. 

It would actually be counter productive to put your house hack in an LLC because you won't get the homestead.

It's natural for there to be less deals in booming markets.
