My only concern was with stuff left in the unit but already took pictures and I have video from previous days when I entered unit for maintenance.

Overall from what I see it has depressed multi-family units on the small side (Duplexes and triplexes) and made it very attractive to invest in.

@Anthony Harris - What I would recommend is if you are really interested in the property get a 3rd party appraisal that you and the seller split the costs for.
