I got access to 3 mobile homes which the owner is offering to me for super super cheap, they are all in pretty bad condition and need to be moved from the land lets say i offered all 3 for 3-10K to an investor, would this be something worthwhile for me and the investor's money?

Tenant #1 would have no problem passing their background check at this time.Are there any mechanisms or ways that they can make her move out or break the lease entirely?

Well maintained (all mechanicals are no older than 6 years; new roof 3wks ago, new elect boxes,etc)  1 tenant just moved out, cleaned up and ready to lease.
