I got access to 3 mobile homes which the owner is offering to me for super super cheap, they are all in pretty bad condition and need to be moved from the land lets say i offered all 3 for 3-10K to an investor, would this be something worthwhile for me and the investor's money?

Tenant #1 would have no problem passing their background check at this time.Are there any mechanisms or ways that they can make her move out or break the lease entirely?

Well maintained (all mechanicals are no older than 6 years; new roof 3wks ago, new elect boxes,etc)  1 tenant just moved out, cleaned up and ready to lease. 

building costs are to high. did you think about mobile home?

I'm Brent from Salem, IL and we just bought our 3 mobile home park and we don't mind sharing valuable info to others in our area to help boost their startup process. we are currently working on our 2nd single family flip and just sold our 1st flip house back in January 2019.

This is no different than if they had a HELOC or mechanic's lien, in my humble opinion.

The mechanicals are old, and $2000 is on the high side of what you will bring in. 

The property she wants to sell has a mobile home on it and a 2 car garage with a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment above it.
