Portland seems to have had an easier time of it than we have, and I know you had it bad enough.At any rate, I've got my fingers crossed.In August, my son called me and said he thought we were in recovery because he'd seen 2 sold signs in one day: one in Eugene and one in Crooked River Ranch (about 160 miles apart, for you non-Oregonians).But I'm seeing a lot of sold signs now, and seeing very few price reduced signs.
