Why are you pulling the trigger to educate and take action?

Hi there,I have been studying and reading and networking and asking questions for the past six months regarding wholesaling, but have yet to "pull the trigger".I want to begin now and have set myself the goal of finding and closing a deal within one month.

This special zoning means I can only rent to warehouses, manufacturing and certain types of service businesses, such as carpet & rug cleaning establishments, massage therapist offices, music studios etc.

On the other hand, I also realize no matter how much I plan and prepare, I still need to pull the trigger and dive in at certain point and learn from doing.

Tried stocks and forex and although somewhat profitable on small accounts and micro lot trades, I get hesitant in pulling the trigger on risking more capital so figured I'll try real estate.

In any case, you need to review the due on sale clause in the current loan docs to make sure you aren't going to trigger anything.

I can take title to it and change it as I please without worrying about triggering a due on sale clause.

You just have to stay on TOP of the listing agent, ask them if they did an MMR this month already, its like a mini BPO they do monthly that will trigger a price reduction.
