If you are so against them, have you thought about getting your own license ?

I graduated from college with a business degree with empasis on real estate and I got a broker license back in 1980.  

I'm both a wholesaler and a REALTOR, and wholesaled an MLS listing earlier this year, before I was licensed.    

A licensed attorney will be able to review the deed of title to determine the status of the mobile home and any rights you may have for the removal there-of, or whether the obligation to permit the mobile home transferred with your Deed of Title.

I formed in MD with plans to become a licensed realtor in both MD and DC.

I'd stop taking advice from anyone who is not a licensed attorney in the state of Florida, as costly as that may be.

You can sell anything you own and have the legal right to sell.Selling someone else's real property often requires a license.

I also got a broker license in 1980.  

I am licensed in 3 states (NJ, NY, PA) and experienced in the full gamma of real estate business (buyer, seller, agency, management, construction, landlord).Currently have 4 properties, and looking to dedicate my time to buy/rehab/sell(or keep) and build a portfolio in the try-state area that i can leave for my children.
