Also for re-assurance I had an issue a year later where the new mortar had cracked I called him and he came out and corrected it free of charge so his work is guaranteed and he’s a straight shooter (hard to find nowadays).I sent mostly texts to him.

I have had some come back to me later asking to make a "win/win" or if I am willing to adjust my offer and when that happens I normally don't budge and things work themselves out.
