Victor,One good place to start is doing your homework on the surrounding houses.

Naming a kids room "City Drug Store" is going to be a tough sell to that owner and what if they turn out to be party animals and causing negative attention to their business name?

You kidding me they did not have any skin in the game why would you pay them 10% of the equity when its sold?

And I'm only half kidding.... what @Trevor Ewen mentioned above is spot on.  

There are a few different threads about the Chicago eviction process so do your homework and decide if you're willing to take all of the necessary steps to ensure you have followed the tenant-landlord ordinances.

In all other bathrooms, a combo tub/shower.The reason for the tub in all other bathrooms is that any bathroom that might possibly be used for a child should have a tub -- having lived in a house where the kid's bathroom didn't have a tub, it made having two little kids very difficult at bath time.

I do love Real Estate, since all 8 of my kids have all grown and moved out on their own, I had to find a new passion!!!!
