If you are priced right and the unit is decent, you should be getting WAY more interest.Bottom-line..... your price is too high for what the unit offers.Adding SQ footage is going to be expensive and no likely going to fix you issue.Add amenities..... dishwasher wouldn't be too hard for most places but depends on the layout etc.I try and stay around 5-10% below the market rent of the area and get a larger pool to select tenants from..... my opinion.... drop it to $1000/month

But it's tough to tell how much work maybe involved without knowing the layout, Ranch, 2 story etc etc.I would search out a fellow investor that knows how to do it & team up with them to replace it all.

As I have it now, the rentals are all in one bank account and the cash flow is shared (separate on a spreadsheet, but in one bank account).Again, I'd love to keep this simple and intuitive.

@Josee FortinYou gotta work with a mortgage broker that has experience working with investors, and make sure to lay out your long term strategy up front as it really helps with finding later on, he will make a plan on which lenders to use first, which to use later etc.
