Please let me know if you feel this notion is incorrect or if you feel that number is much higher/lower.My questions are mostly in regards to the industry in general as it pertains to the way properties trade hands and the players involved. 

There is no gigantic correction coming of the price is not fundamentally incorrect.

The IRS generally doesn't complain when you're overpaying tax due to incorrect depreciation.If you want some more info or to see some real numbers just let me know.

I incorrectly assumed that you were in a market that had been increasing until recently.

One little quirk of the program is that FHA doesn't allow you to roll any closing costs for the refinance into the new loan.

It must be due to the deficiency judgment, or realtytrac could have the incorrect info.I went to the courthouse yesterday and searched the county records on the proper address of the property, as well as every possible misspelling of the owners' names.

Well sorry but that is 100% incorrect, you can't get hurt jumping out of a basement window :)I picked up 7, all about 80k each, all with values of about 115- 125k, all with 1100- 1400 in rent, MUCH safer than paying a mill for a house that two years ago was 600k,,,,,,,,,,,AGAIN, I am not just writing nonsense.
