If after doing the above, you feel like you need to be better equipped, then I would say that it's reasonable to consider a paid program.Personally, I aspire to be the kind of RE investor that is too busy working on his own deals to do paid programs...and for that reason, I have no interest in learning from people who offer them. 

Make sure you are equipped to budget for these things.
