Ideally looking for something value-priced that needs some work but open to all options.

This would be ideal as I know how long it could take to find another home.

I was curious what the experts thought about maybe purchasing another home with a 30k down payment instead of going this route or putting this off until its ideal to.

Off-market of course ideal.Financing wise, i'll be using NACA so an agent that is familiar with their requirements would be ideal but at the end of the day, finding the right property is top priority.  

I am in the same boat looking to buy multifmily investment property in North Jersey ideally 10+ units.

I do have a nice camera, but I would ideally like them to have a consistent style.Heading to house today and will talk to the neighbor. 

I'm not looking to finance beyond the cash I put into it, but an ideal scenario would be to finance out 100% of that money back out or as close to as the deal allows.
