That way there is No prepayment penalty and you can pay it off when you refinance the new home or other property.

This size is too big for most home buyers and to small for big buyers.

And for sure there is a BIG difference in a commercial broker who specializes in investment properties and the average agent that sells homes for retail purposes..

@James Carlson A Home Occupation Permit application with the city of Denver will automatically grant you a 3rd unrelated resident, but still not enough.
