Shared well, separate 3br septics that have been inspected and are good (Have to add a holding tank per Health Dept. as new regs require 500 gal holding per bedroom and both are 1000gal tanks).This is a country setting on outskirts of town (7min drive) and 1/2hr to 45min to 4 major cities where most employment is. 

Any tips for the San Antonio, TX area?

Can anyone think of anything to be careful about?

Good schools and good neighborhoods are key and I get great rent for them plus they are basically care free properties because the association does virtually everything for me.

Well, now I could care less about his feelings and am curious if I can bring in 40 yards of rock, and pour a nice concrete road from the state road to the edge of my property and still be within my legal rights.  

@kadijah Hammond I was kind of hesitant myself but what I decided to do  was to Tip Toe in to flipping and decided to buy a foreclosure at a really good deal.

To me, I don't know many 21 year olds with 40 grand just sitting aside so I'm essentially asking for any tips or advice to funding my first investment or any tactics such as turnkey houses. 

Of course what I've learned thus far is probably jus the very top of the iceberg or as we like to say here in Albuquerque, "The Tip of the Sandia's"!
