I think it is just slow for a lot of people right now.I like the nighttime outdoor pictures, the outdoor spaces and games.I don't think I'd list an air matress as a primary sleeping place.

I'd really be concerned about other water damage without knowing the location.

I'd like to net at least 6% each year, and the higher end units seem to get me there whereas something like the place I rent and live in now (duplex) are somewhere around 2-3%.

I like that you're being conservative about rent growth and appreciation (In Florida, I'd maybe even go below 3% on price growth), and counting on expense growth -- good job!

Most of these posts are in 2018 is obviously more expensive now.I agree, I was reading through them and was very confused 😂I will advocate for @Grant Schroeder he has the local knowledge with incredible real estate knowledge and backing that makes him an excellent resource in the area.There are a lot of tertiary markets in between Newberg and Salem, I’d love to hear more on your thoughts on these markets, I’d be more than happy to help in the search too.
