All of a sudden you'll have $2K in flights (easily) and once you throw in a rental car, hotel night(s), food, etc. you'll have 10% of your purchase price just in travel.Anyway, I'm beating a dead horse but this sounds like a horrible idea to me :-)

This was particularly difficult because although she were under medical leave, she would order food, buy weed, order clothes and take vacations--paying rent wasn't a priority--but we still had to pay the mortgage.Maybe it doesn't rank higher than someone's medical bills, but rent has to be a priority.In terms of hiring an eviction lawyer, I have a RE lawyer in my network that has recommendations but I wouldn't be opposed to calling the eviction office and asking what law firm files the most evictions.
