Refinancing success depends on post-renovation property value and market fluctuations.

I've searched similar posts and contact the folks responding to the post but so far no luck.

I saw their Facebook post promoting their quick collaborative mortgage service and decided to try it for a property renovation project.After filling out a form and providing my ID and bank statement, they promised a $41600 mortgage within one day, but required a 3% service fee.

We all started somewhere, some how and fear is part of the process.On if it a good deal, only you can answer that because no 2 investors have the same "buy-box" or buying criteria.Goodluck and keep us posted.

If they think you discriminate - well that is you anyways so you also get sued.There are like 2M posts on BP and not one has been able to show how you can be protected.There were some like "oh you get into a car accident", well you own the LLC so yes they can still go after your assets...

I would recommend posting in the Real Estate Classifieds section of BP.

That's why so many REALTORS will share it via a DM instead of posting it publicly.
