Sounds fun.

We have funds to rehab, but don’t want to bite off more than we can chew with deep rooted issues.Specifically been eyeing Chelsea, Quincy, areas of Dorchester, south Boston, and possibly Salem.To make the numbers work, it seems as though duplex is out of the question in the area while turning a live-in profit?

Been a fun season, just trying to figure out how and when to close out.

Cold Calling isn't fun, but I've found its a lot more productive then direct mail. 

As a buyer's agent, it was a little more fun as we could negotiate instead of just throwing money at a house.But now ...Just anecdotally, Denver seems to have reverted.

Going into a house you bought w/o seeing the inside is a fun drug.
