Food for thought ...

While there are plenty of stories of rags to riches after quitting, the odds have you reduced your chances of success.

I'm a 22 year old investor in Buffalo NY, I currently live in my parents basement and I have a child on the way (due in 2 months) I have a job with SkipTheDishes, delivering food, & I get to choose my hours, so my income isn't necessarily stable....

Just a little food for thought.

i do not know if you have read any books by Robert Kyosaki, like Rich Dad Poor Dad, and realize just about all grade schools taught us the wrong things, government ********, and brainwashing we were given instead of things that really mattered.  

Real estate is a get rich slowly game.

Other similar examples I would group that with: highway billboard, park bench ad, food separator when buying food at the grocery store and you place your food on the conveyor belt for the cashier, etc. 

(not necessarily in a seller disclosure document).All good food for thought.

A lot of these are newbie people who think they're gonna get rich quick with some magic bullet.
