I also ANSWER my phone when ever possible even to say I have to call you back. then I do my work out and turn it off about 5 and then watch sports ( 49ers, Giants Warriors are my teams)  then check out BP and other things like aviation sites. ( avid pilot) and then fishing .. like to fish.Stop and smell the roses quarterly  IE take a nice trip somewhere Mexico..
