Flippers and rehabbers will not be willing to pay much unless they are doing high end.Custom builders, home owners and commercial clients are a better target.One thing you could offer flippers would be turn key design specification packages including color pallets, flooring selections and cabinet and countertop specifications, lighting etc so they can use it on all of their flips.

They will be mismatched (some GE and some Frigidaire) but they will be all stainless steel which I find in my market, the tenants care about color matching more than brand.

The butcher block counter would look really nice with the color scheme we are thinking, but are a little hesitant because of the increased maintenance, and our overall lack of knowledge about the product.
