I took part in different professional courses and seminars to improve my qualification, registered on different job search websites, created catchy profiles on social media, ordered resume from Resume Writing Lab, sent it to the reputable employers, and once I finally got the answer!

I've never dealt with wholesalers before but I heard and read that they could routinely find properties for 60-70 cents on a dollar.So, I signed up to be on a buyers list of a wholesaling company that has a good reputation in my market (name is irrelevant at this point).They started to call me the very next day.

In order to identify them as investor friendly look for these traits:they market themselves as Short Sale Specialistthey market themselves as Distressed Property SpecialistGood reputation or referral with other investors (call them, do not just ask)Active member of local REIAKnows local Hard Money lenders knows how to find non MLS deals and brings you them sometimesDo NOT use just one Realtor.

You can avoid this area by agreeing to hire a reputable PM to some degree.Unless you have significant funds, IMO no newbie should be getting into larger multis without management and maintenance operations in place, if you're just an absentee owner fine, if you plan on an active role, start small
