People nowadays forget the power of a paper trail....a real paper trail, not apps/emails/texts and all that crap> If you ever end up in court (small claims etc) a Judge will love a real paper trail, they don't want to be waiting while you try and find something on your phone, y'know?

Changes can efficiently be designed, and 3-D renderings can be completed.

A few grand won't really change anything in the long run. 

Under 8 units a 30 year fixed is available.Over 8 the terms change and are often due in 5 or 7 years= commercial.

If there are no negative feedback, I still do not trust what others say, as look at Rad Diversified, a year ago people were singing their praise and now that has changed quickly.
