Hey Tajinder - we are HQ in Tampa but do manage properties in Kissimmee as well. 

The trick is that we are not allowed to offer our services to you, publicly or privately, so you have to find these people on your own and initiate the contact.

@Brice Childers Gilpin still allows STRs for non-owner occ, with a permit and some requirements like having someone on call 24-7 to deal with any complaints, no parties/events without a special use permit, etc.
