@Timothy Riley  Please take note those that sell TK properties in markets far from where they live have an agenda.. and that agenda is to sugar coat out of state investing because CA is too expensive , although these folks would never live in these markets they prefer like many do the CA lifestyle but they pitch TK and sell for whoever will PAY them.

If your unit is larger, higher end and you need a high quality paint job to compete in your market, a new painting may cost you multiple thousands.Unless you can get it done for free, paint jobs cost money, NEW paint jobs enhance property value.
