Many prospective tenants cannot afford more than $350 or $400 a month and end up in substandard housing.I have not yet determined what the numbers are but I could probably ask for $350 - 400 a month for each bedroom 1050- $1200 a month for a three bedroom property that I currently get 625 a month for without utilities.

I want to have a main website for sellers with info about me and my business, and have 5 other squeeze page mini websites that would specifically target certain areas so they would be more relevant in the google search for those areas and specific seller (foreclosure, probate, divorce, etc...).
