. - The prospect of Shriever Air Force Base becoming the first Space Force Base could bring tremendously more tech jobs, both within military service men and women as well as military contractors. - Amazon is building a large distribution centering bringing 1,000 job in the next couple years. - UCCS is growing rapidly and becoming one of the largest universities in Colorado while also maintain Colorado College near downtown and the popular Pikes Peak Community College on both sides of the city.- Tourism is on high demand and has been for some time with the Olympic Training Center and soon to be museum, Pikes Peak, Cog Railway, The Incline, Cave of the Winds, and so much more.- Plus you got to love all the microbreweries - just sayin...

It should give you some starting Insurance info to consider:Here are some things to look for from an Insurance prospective:1.Any in-ground tanks (active or inactive)2.Any Knob & Tube or Aluminum Wiring3.If built before 1978, does the building have Lead Safe certifications4.Any wood stoves or secondary heating units.
