I'm ok paying for the service, but am concerned when a lawyer says he doesn't know how long it will take to review redlines!!

My concern was that I have known people who only smoked outside but their clothes, car, and in turn the house eventually had somewhat of an odor to it.

Not a single person got a bad deal on their $197 as far as I am concerned.

My only concern is the foundation.  

A tenant can invite any inspector inside to determine if they have safe living conditions, like the fire department, health department, building regs, utility company, let them "tag" the place, you're just concerned about your safety! 

@Oraude Boston as a wholesaler, honestly getting a lien lowered shouldn't be your concern.

The tenant said she went outside and talked to her calmly to have the children come get her and that she would address any concerns and discipling at the time.

In my one rental that had concern about the possibility of asbestos tile (judged purely on the likely age of the tile) we just put new flooring over the top of it.

We also ended up removing the underlayment from the other 2 bedrooms with the old clay carpet pads, as we were concerned about odor in there as well.

Thats what I was thinking I would do, but I was a little concerned that my agent didn't have any advice on this situation.
