The rent price is tough for a single person to afford, and a couple living there would have a tough parking situation. 

It is surrounded by a cabinet shop on the left side, a couple commercial buildings in the back alley that are used primarily as storage for various businesses and a bar on the right side.

My question is, would a bank take on these types of homes if coupled with a 203k rehab loan?

@Andres Osorno there's a couple of things you can do:1.

I have reached out to people in my network but there are only a couple who may be able to satisfy the requirements. 

I bought the building in very rough shape and have spent the last couple years spending a lot of time and money renovating (but only income from the building, not my own!).

So we let buyers know a brand new garage is being constructed.Right after that we got a full price offer with a 2 week close because their home was selling and they were living out of a hotel.

Couple watch outs you should address:1.

You learn to be professional and not laugh early on, when you're working with brand new real estate agents who refer 'clients' to you who have no income, no credit, and no savings, but are dead serious that they want to buy a $1.5m house in San Jose oh and by the way they also want the lowest interest rate they can find advertised on the shadiest corner of the internet.
