While I am investing out of state at this time maybe our paths will cross around town.

I'm assuming there are people in that part of the country that do this to freshen up the outside of the cabins.

A common path is to start wholesaling, then do flipping, then buying rentals.

The area I am in southwest florida (fort myers) is the top growing place in florida and top 10 in the country.

My wife and I are planning on moving our family across the country.

For me personally I love the country and not so much the city life.

This is due to the fact you have been out of the country 7 years and do not have any recent credit here.

MLS is not the best place to find deals, although I have purchased form the MLS and done well but my situation and location (and abilities) are not matched throughout the country.
