In the past I've collected the money from one person and sent the check out to one person.

Was hoping to get some good advice on where people are going to compile data on specific markets/cities?? Population growth, job growth, demographics. Is there a site or two that you guys find valuable and rely on?

If you carefully read the consent form before you sign it, it gives the lender the right to collect and get financial info from 3rd parties.

Doesn't take too many tenant damages to exceed and deposit and once the tenant is out collecting any unpaid bills is far more difficult then when they are still living in the property.
